STAINCLIFFE BAPTIST CHURCH was formed on 25th March 1821, and moved to the present building on 26th March 1879, that's 131 years ago!
We have been witnessing in Staincliffe for 189 years!

Wed 24 Mar: 7.45 pm. JOINT PRAYER MEETING with other local Bible-believing churches, speaker Nick Fuller. At Staincliffe Baptist Church.
Tue 30 Mar: 7.30 pm. PASSION FOR LIFE event at Eastborough Working Men's Club, Battye Street, Dewsbury. The speaker is Frank Retief from South Africa (pictured left). Everybody is welcome to this public meeting, so please invite your friends and neighbours. Frank is the presiding Bishop of the Church of England in South Africa (CESA) and he and his wife Beulah have lived in Cape town since the founding of St James Church, 40 years ago. They have three children, all following the Lord in service, and three grandchildren with a fourth one on the way.
